Self Care and Mindfulness are something that I hold close to me, as someone who suffers with their Mental Health and experiences anxiety often.

Now I’m not an authority on such matters, but sometimes sharing what helps you can in fact help others…..with this in mind…..I find the rectangle breathing technique works for me and I do recommend it if you are out of sorts with anxiety and your breathing suddenly starts fluttering.

I start by visualising the shape….next I Inhale through my nose on the short side, hold on the long side, and then gently exhale through my mouth on the short side and again hold on the long side…..I repeat until my breathing has steadied. 💕💕
